Gisselle Rodriguez Benitez is a Research Associate in the Annenberg Institute, where she works with Professor Nathaniel Schwartz in assessing projects throughout the institute's local partnerships. Her research interests include education funding policy, connecting educational research to implementation, and programs that prioritize community political and economic empowerment. She graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Data Science. Before joining Annenberg, Gisselle founded Northeastern’s First-Generation Low-Income Student Union and was part of the first cohort of the Boston area Future Education Leaders Network.
