RPPL is looking to hire a Program Coordinator who will support the Program Team with managing RPPL’s network, research studies, and projects. They will execute network events, share updates, prepare for meetings, and support logistical and programmatic elements of projects. The Program Coordinator will need to be a highly organized team player with experience in the professional learning and/or education field. This position is based in the New York City tri-state area.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, or a related field (Master’s in education, public policy, or other social science field preferred)
- 2+ years working in the education and/or nonprofit sectors, with knowledge of professional learning initiatives; teaching experience is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills and experience with communications platforms (including Canva, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp) and other organizational systems (i.e., Google Suite, Asana, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage projects/workstreams that may pull in different directions and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Google Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Team player who can work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to educational equity and improving teacher and student outcomes
