Pre-Doctoral Research Associate Position Open

Brown's Department of Economics is accepting applications for a one-year Pre-Doctoral Research Associate, working with Professor Jesse Bruhn on research into the long-run economic well-being of young people — spanning education, early career experiences, and military service.

The department is seeking applicants with strong quantitative, programming, and data-analysis skills who are eager to pursue graduate research in economics, particularly applied micro. The work centers on causal inference methods applied to large administrative datasets, and the position can extend to a second year contingent on performance and funding.
