Project Manager

RPPL is looking to hire a Project Manager who will oversee large and/or complex research projects in RPPL’s portfolio

They will work on large research and partnership projects on various topics in professional learning (PL), designing the projects’ overall direction and ensuring the completion of short and long-term goals on time. The Project Manager will need to be a team player, comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, or a related field (Master’s in education, public policy, or other social science field preferred)
  • 5+ years working in the education and/or nonprofit sectors, with knowledge of research methodologies and experience in educational research and/or professional learning initiatives
  • 3+ years experience in project design and management within education or research organizations/institutions
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software (Google Suite, Asana, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
