Senior Research Associate
Corey’s research focuses on the civic returns to education, civics and social studies education, curricular policy and reform, and teacher quality. He oversees the development of EdInstruments, an open-source library of measurement tools relevant to education and schooling. Prior to joining the Annenberg Institute, Corey was a postdoctoral fellow at the Hector Research Institute of Education Sciences and Psychology at the University of Tübingen. He earned a PhD in educational policy from Michigan State University, an MA in education and social policy from New York University, and an MEd and BS in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
