Quality and Improvement Project Manager, National Student Support Accelerator
Anita McClain is the Quality and Improvement Project Manager for the National Student Support Accelerator at the Annenberg Institute. She most recently served as a Data Analyst for the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township. In this role, she coordinated and supervised the implementation of district and state assessments, trained teachers, and collected and analyzed data reports for continuous improvement and evaluation.
Anita also coaches learners through the dissertation research process to ensure successful completion of high-quality academic research at Grand Canyon University. She provides editorial and publishing feedback for final versions of publications as a Manuscript Publication Evaluator. Prior to these roles, she served as a Secondary Math Teacher, Digital Teacher Leader, Virtual and In-Person Tutor, and in other school improvement roles. Anita holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration from the University of Phoenix, M.A. in Teaching (Secondary Education - Mathematics) from Marian University, and a B.A. in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana).
