The Early Learning Scale (ELS) is an assessment that is based on observations of PK students. The instrument covers Math/Science, Social-Emotional/Social Studies, and Language and Literacy, with a Motor Development supplement. The ELS can be used with English Language learners, gifted children, and children with special needs.
